Plaren Systems ("we", "us") provides managed IT services. For questions about this policy, contact info@plarensystems.com.
2. Data we collect on this website
- Contact form: name, email, company, device count and your message, used only to answer your request.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
3. Data we process for clients
When we manage your IT, we process device inventory, user account data and support tickets on your behalf as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Inventory and ticket data are stored in an EU data center. Your documents and mail remain in your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
4. Legal basis
We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform our contract with you, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing our services (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers we need to operate: hosting, our form provider, Upwork for contracting and billing, and the ManageEngine software we run on our own servers. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and deleted or returned at its end, as set out in the DPA.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We will publish any changes to this policy on this page.
